Sustainable Food Policies
 
Many health and environmental issues are associated with the foods and beverages we choose to consume, where they come from and how they are produced. 
 
Events can give preference to work with or to create policies for caterers, vendors and other food and beverage providers that commit to incorporating local, organic, fair trade, responsible seafood choices whenever possible.  Choosing to simply provide vegetarian options also has environmental benefits in and of itself.
